Job Title: Finance and Account Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance and Account Officer to oversee financial records, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain and update financial records and accounting systems
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
•Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
•Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
•Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
•Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
•Support audits and provide necessary documentation
•Monitor financial transactions and report discrepancies
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
•Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Excel)
•Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
•Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
•Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
•Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA)
•Experience in financial analysis and budget management
•Familiarity with industry-specific regulations or accounting standards.
