We are looking for a highly competent and strategic Executive Officer to support the senior leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate executive-level communications, manage projects, and help drive organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives
Coordinate internal and external communications, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
Prepare and manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Track key projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Liaise with departments, stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of the executive team
Assist in preparing agendas, briefing materials, and minutes for executive meetings
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Analyze and present data to support decision-making processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proven experience in an executive support or administrative leadership role
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in [industry, e.g., government, corporate, nonprofit]
Knowledge of corporate governance and strategic planning
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
