Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Graduate Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to apply academic knowledge, develop practical skills, and explore career paths in their field of study.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day departmental tasks and administrative duties
Conduct research, compile reports, and present findings as needed
Support project teams with data entry, documentation, and analysis
Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute to team discussions
Learn and use relevant tools, software, and systems
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Take initiative in learning company policies, practices, and industry trends
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or awaiting NYSC completion) in IT, Accounting, Human Resource, Management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or volunteer experience in a related field
Basic understanding of the industry or department of placement
Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to grow professionally
