Airtrace Solutions Limited is seeking a professional, courteous, and well-organized Female Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and support basic administrative activities in our crane rental and sales business.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and take accurate messages
Receive crane rental and sales inquiries and relay to management
Maintain visitor, call, and inquiry logs
Manage basic office documentation and filing
Keep the reception area neat and presentable
Assist with general administrative duties as required

Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Minimum qualification: SSCE / OND / HND
Good spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Previous front desk or receptionist experience is an advantage

Location Requirement (Strict):
Applicants must reside in Igwuruta, Airport Road axis, Rukpokwu, or nearby areas
Candidates living far from the location will not be considered

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Occasional Saturdays (if required)

Salary:
Competitive and negotiable based on experience
