We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Personal Assistant to support data entry, content support, and social media operations. This role is fully remote and requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Records Management
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems
• Maintain and update records, logs, and documentation
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Organize digital files and ensure proper version control

Content & Editing Support
• Assist with planning and editing short-form content
• Edit basic videos and visuals using tools such as CapCut or Canva
• Draft captions, hooks, and content descriptions

Social Media Support
• Research trending topics and content formats
• Support content scheduling and posting consistency
• Assist with basic performance tracking

Administrative & Operational Support
• Maintain task lists, content calendars, and trackers
• Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines
• Provide regular progress updates

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in data entry or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Basic experience with editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
• Good communication and time-management skills
