Job Description:
The General Manager oversees the overall operations of Adekunle Ajayi and Company, ensuring strategic goals are met, resources are efficiently utilized, and all departments function cohesively. This role involves leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement to drive organizational success.
Key Duties:
Ø Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
Ø Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Ø Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
Ø Lead, motivate, and develop senior staff to achieve departmental goals.
Ø Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and stakeholder meetings.
Ø Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Ø Monitor performance metrics and report progress to the board or ownership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in a similar industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
Knowledge of local business regulations and market trends.
Proximity to Shiun / Abeokuta / Sagamu would be an added advantage
