Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Experienced Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance, with experience in handling budgeting, forecasting, and tax preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and relevant financial regulations.
Improve internal accounting processes and financial controls.
Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAGE) to maintain financial records.
Assist in payroll processing and expense management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance (ACA, ACCA, is a plus).
Years of accounting experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
