They are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences through efficient reception, communication, and service delivery.
Job Description / Requirements
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest records.
Handle phone calls, reservations, and inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain reception area in line with 5-star hospitality standards.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a front desk or customer service role (hospitality background an advantage).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software is an advantage.
Proximity to the job location is an advantage
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 3–5 years experience.
