📌 Role: Virtual Assistant Intern

Location: Remote

Department: Operations / Admin

Duration: 3 months (with potential extension or confirmation)

💼 Key Responsibilities

Assist with managing daily admin and virtual communication tasks.

Schedule meetings, track tasks, and support team calendar management.

Respond to internal emails and assist in organizing files and digital documents.

Support social media management, data entry, and basic content updates.

 

Attend virtual team meetings and prepare brief notes or reports.

 

Assist with onboarding processes for interns or new team members.

 

Serve as a communication link between departments where needed.

✅ Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Currently part of the team or referred by an internal team member.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

 

Proficient with basic digital tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.)

Able to multitask, stay organized, and follow through with tasks.

Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.

Prior experience with admin or virtual assistant tasks (a plus, but not required).

Must have access to a smartphone or laptop with internet connection.
