Group Head – Brand Account Management & Operations
Focus: Experiential Marketing Services
Role Summary:
The Group Head will lead client service excellence within the experiential marketing space, driving strategic growth across key client accounts. This includes identifying new business opportunities, leading top-tier client relationships, and overseeing the development and execution of impactful brand experiences that drive engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic development and execution of experiential marketing campaigns across client accounts.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative, experience-led marketing solutions.
• Build and manage high-performing client service teams to deliver exceptional activations.
• Develop and negotiate commercial opportunities and client contracts.
• Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction across all experiential engagements.
• Play a key role in corporate strategy aligned with experiential marketing innovation.
Leadership & Supervision:
• Directly manage Senior Account Managers, Executives, and support teams.
• Inspire and mentor teams to deepen strategic and experiential marketing expertise.
• Champion a collaborative and creative work environment that attracts top industry talent.
Professional Profile:
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or client service roles, preferably within experiential or integrated marketing.
• Strong leadership, client relationship management, and project execution skills.
• Deep understanding of consumer engagement through live and digital brand experiences.
