We seek a secretary with strong computer skills, organizational flair, and a proactive approach. Ideal for someone who can keep our property listings current and support both clients and team.

Responsibilities:

Handle communication: visits, calls, email, scheduling.
Maintain and monitor real estate listings online and on social media.
Prep property documents—contracts, client records, presentations.
Manage calendar, schedule viewings, handle inquiries.
Support marketing—design flyers, brochures, update listings, track responses.
Use MS Office, databases, email, printers, and other office tech.

Requirements:

High school diploma; certificate in office administration or OTM, strong plus.
Minimum 1–2 years as a secretary or admin assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, listing platforms, and office machinery.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Organized, detail-oriented, discreet, reliable.
Analytical, research mindset; adaptive, resourceful, good judgment.
Based in or willing to relocate to Abuja.
