Job Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team in Lagos. This role is ideal for someone passionate about renewable energy and skilled in sales and client engagement. You’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base, building client relationships, and driving adoption of our solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Identify and approach prospective clients across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate the value of solar energy solutions.
Convert leads into successful sales and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Assess client needs and offer customized solar solutions.
Provide ongoing support and expert advice throughout the customer journey.
Technical Support:
Leverage your understanding of solar systems—including design, installation, and maintenance—to explain technical aspects to clients in a clear, non-technical way.
Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth execution and handover of projects.
Market Research & Insights:
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Gather client feedback to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or business development—preferably in renewable energy or tech.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to craft compelling sales pitches and close deals confidently.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

In-depth knowledge of solar products such as inverters, solar panels, and batteries.
