About the Role
A fast-growing data infrastructure company is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to build and manage its daily multi-platform presence. You will own the distribution of content, audience engagement, and community growth to convert brand awareness into tangible inbound demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and publish daily and weekly content across all relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram, using social media management tools.
• Actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions within an average of 4 working hours on business days in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with the marketing calendar, while identifying real-time trends and conversations to create timely content.
• Monitor social metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through) and produce weekly reports to optimize inbound leads and profile visits.
• Partner with the Content Marketer to repurpose long-form content and collaborate with the Brand Designer to brief or produce visual assets.
• Proactively manage and moderate an engaged online following to turn standard social media into a loyal community.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience successfully managing business social media accounts with measurable results in engagement and audience growth.
• Exceptional copywriting and written communication skills, with the ability to write in a clear, human, and professional brand voice.
• High familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to independently repurpose, format, and adapt complex content across different platform constraints and character limits.
• Strict commitment to maintaining a 100% scheduled posting consistency across all active channels.
