The Unit Manager is responsible for leading, supervising, motivating, and developing a team of Sales Executives within an assigned sales unit.
The role is primarily responsible for achieving unit sales targets, generating and converting leads, monitoring team activities, supporting sales closings, developing new sales agents, and ensuring that all team members comply with the company’s sales policies and procedures.
