Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Underwriting Specialist to assess loan applications, evaluate credit risks, and make informed recommendations in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess loan applications and supporting documents.
Verify applicants’ information and identify potential credit risks.
Complete credit reviews within the required turnaround time.
Provide recommendations on loan approval or rejection based on credit assessments.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
HND or Bachelor’s degree.
Previous underwriting or credit-related experience is an added advantage.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Good attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
Computer literate.
Must have completed NYSC.
Fluency in an additional Nigerian language is an advantage.
Salary: ₦90,000 monthly
