Requirements:
For Special Needs Teachers:
– Qualification or certification in Special Education or related field
– Experience or open to learning to work with children with diverse learning needs
– Strong patience, empathy, and adaptability
– Ability to understand and implement individualized learning plans (IEPs)
– Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and structured environment
For Primary School Teachers:
– Relevant academic qualifications in Education or related fields
– Teaching experience in Primary Education
– Strong communication and classroom management skills
– A genuine passion for child development and learning
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
