VACANCY: B2B BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/ CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE

Nimgo Uniforms & WorkWear is seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive who has a proven record of winning high-value corporate and government contracts.
If your experience is mainly in social media marketing, retail sales, POS sales, FMCG merchandising, telemarketing, or selling to individual consumers, please do not apply.
We are looking for a corporate sales hunter who can identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, prepare winning proposals, negotiate contracts, and consistently close bulk orders worth millions of naira.
Only candidates with verifiable B2B corporate sales achievements should apply.

Who We Want

The successful candidate must be able to generate business independently without relying solely on company-generated leads.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Applicants MUST have:
– Minimum of 3–7 years proven B2B corporate sales or business development experience
– Evidence of successfully closing bulk corporate contracts
– Experience selling to organisations rather than individuals
– Strong understanding of procurement and institutional buying processes
– Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills
– Existing network within Abuja’s corporate and institutional market
– Ability to conduct regular field visits and client meetings
– Excellent spoken and written English
– Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business and LinkedIn)

Your Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
– Prospect for new corporate clients every day.
– Generate qualified business leads.
– Build relationships with HR, Procurement, Admin and Facility Managers.
– Prepare quotations and professional proposals.
– Conduct client presentations.
– Organise factory visits.
– Negotiate and close contracts.
– Follow up prospects professionally until deals are won.
– Convert one-time customers into long-term contract clients.
– Work closely with the production team to ensure successful delivery.

Monthly Performance Expectations
Successful candidates will be expected to achieve measurable results including:
– Consistent corporate prospecting
– Face-to-face meetings every week
– High-quality proposals submitted monthly
– New corporate clients acquired
– Significant monthly revenue from closed contracts
– Growth of long-term institutional accounts
Performance will be monitored against agreed KPIs.
