Job Summary
Whipsmart Services Provider Limited is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating sales operations, and driving revenue growth across our recruitment, outsourcing, and HR consulting services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business development skills, excellent relationship management abilities, and a solid understanding of the HR and recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities from corporate and non-corporate clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Promote and sell the company’s recruitment, outsourcing, HR consulting, payroll, and workforce management services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations to prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and contracts in line with company standards.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to deal closure and client onboarding.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor client accounts, follow up on ongoing projects, and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and client information using CRM tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the Whipsmart brand.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in corporate sales, business development, or B2B sales, preferably within the HR, recruitment, outsourcing, or service industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment and client acquisition strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
