Job Summary
Redoak Trust & Investment Limited is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Cleaner to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment while providing basic office support services.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain offices, reception, meeting rooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas.
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and disinfect office premises daily.
Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately.
Replenish toiletries, tissue paper, handwash, and other cleaning supplies.
Prepare and serve refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
Arrange and clean meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Monitor cleaning and pantry supplies and report shortages.
Report maintenance issues or damaged office equipment.
Support basic office errands and administrative tasks as assigned.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or its equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
