Job Requirements:
Job Title: Admin Officer.
Work Location: BENIN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Roles: The Admin Officer will be responsible for:
✓Daily inspections to examine the conditions of the office and office facilities (including cold room, Generators, etc.)
✓Ensuring the Servicing and maintenance of all companies’ facilities and equipment.
✓Assist the Admin Manager in coordinating all administrative activities and services under the administrative functions.
✓Keep up-to-date and proper inventory or documentation of all vehicles and perform daily checks on the same
✓Implementation of the organization’s fleet Management and operations plan to meet current, emerging, and future transportation needs.
✓Coordinate the activities of drivers and transport staff.
✓Monitor the activities of the Mechanics
✓Keep proper documentation of vehicle spare parts and tyres.
✓Ensure that all engaged employed drivers always have valid driver’s licenses.
✓The preferred candidate is expected to be a Male and have the flexibility to travel.
Any other job as assigned by the Admin Manager/ Chairman/Managing Director.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Second-Class Degree in any relevant discipline.

✓Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Salary Offer: N300,000 /month.
