Role Overview
The Senior Human Resource Executive supports the implementation of HR strategies and the effective management of HR operations across all functional areas. The role drives organizational performance, compliance, and employee engagement by delivering tactical and operational HR services with a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR generalist who combines strong operational capability with the ability to contribute to broader people initiatives, culture-building efforts, and organizational development priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Tactical HR Support
•Support the HR Manager in executing HR strategies that enhance performance, compliance, and employee engagement.
•Contribute to HR initiatives across the talent management cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
•Support talent attraction, development, and retention efforts, including employer branding initiatives.
•Develop impactful HR communication materials for routine activities and special projects.
•Maintain compliance trackers and identify operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
HR Operations & Service Delivery
•Drive operational efficiency through technology-enabled and process-driven approaches.
•Support daily HR operations to ensure smooth delivery of core services.
•Provide monthly HR data and insights across all HR areas to support evidence-based decision-making.
•Prepare monthly payroll inputs in line with policies and timelines.
•Assist in HR audits by organizing documentation and supporting corrective actions.
Data Management & Reporting
•Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and files in compliance with data standards.
•Update employee records, dashboards, and reports to support HRIS-driven reporting.
•Leverage HR data to generate insights, trends, and intelligence for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
•Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, including supervisory exposure.
•Proven track record in HR operations, policy implementation, and strategic HR support.
•Experience working across diverse stakeholder groups and organizational levels.
•Demonstrated ability to support culture-shaping initiatives and compliance enforcement.
•Strong capability in leveraging HR technologies and digital tools.
•Consistent record of delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
