Role Overview
As Senior Sales & Marketing Expert, you will own the full commercial function—from outbound prospecting and lead generation to high-level content creation and brand positioning. Your focus will be on generating qualified pipeline with structured discipline and establishing Joble as an authority across our target verticals: Real Estate, Hospitality, Professional Services, and E-Commerce. Key Responsibilities
Commercial Execution & Pipeline Intelligence
● Build and maintain a qualified outbound pipeline from scratch using a multi-channel outreach approach across LinkedIn and direct prospecting.
● Conduct sharp, high-quality discovery calls and product demos that connect Joble’s capabilities directly to business outcomes rather than just features.
● Manage the full sales cycle with confidence, handling objections clearly and moving prospects to a decision without letting deals stagnate.
● Maintain a rigorous 7-touch follow-up cadence on every live prospect to ensure no lead goes cold due to inaction.
Advanced Marketing & Thought Leadership
● Develop and execute a marketing strategy that builds brand authority and drives inbound interest alongside outbound activity.
● Article Writing: Research and write high-quality, publish-ready articles on AI, business automation, and sales efficiency to position Joble as an industry thought leader.
● Create compelling sales collateral, sequences, and vertical-specific content that gives the commercial motion real force.
● Monitor competitor movements and audience behavior to continuously sharpen Joble’s positioning and digital voice.
Operational Discipline & Reporting
● Maintain 100% CRM hygiene by updating contact information, conversation notes, and deal stages daily.
● Track and report on key conversion metrics (CAC, MRR contribution, and demo-to-close rates) directly to the CEO.
● Provide high-level commercial summaries and insights to align leadership on market trends and growth opportunities.
● Ensure all external-facing communication is formatted to the highest professional standards, reflecting the brand’s sophisticated tone.
What We’re Looking For
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A demonstrable track record of commercial results and a portfolio of published professional writing is mandatory.
Experience
6 to 8 years of hands-on sales and marketing experience. We are looking for candidates who have consistently hit revenue targets and can demonstrate advanced skills in lead generation and strategic brand building.
Technical Skills
● Advanced mastery of CRM platforms for pipeline management.
● High-level proficiency in email marketing tools and outreach sequencing platforms.
● Advanced Marketing Skills: Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, SEO-driven content strategy, and performance metrics.

● Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and a willingness to leverage them to optimize output quality and speed.
