We’re Hiring: Mechanical Fitter cum Technician
📍 Location: Sagamu, Ogun State

💰 Salary: ₦150,000 (Negotiable)
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter cum Technician to support maintenance operations across our Filling Line, Plastic Manufacturing Plant, and Utility systems.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical fitting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production and utility equipment
* Troubleshoot breakdowns to minimize downtime
* Maintain and service filling machines, moulding equipment, compressors, chillers, and generators
* Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and machine history
* Support installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives
🎓 Requirements
* OND/HND or Trade Test/City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG/plastics preferred)
* Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic systems, pumps, motors, conveyors, and packaging machines
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals
* Experience with injection/blow moulding is an added advantage
💡Skills
* Strong mechanical fitting and fabrication skills
* Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
* Knowledge of lubrication, alignment, and maintenance practices
* Familiarity with safety procedures (LOTO, confined space, etc.)
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt
