QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
– Professional certification or membership with recognized accounting bodies.
-Minimum of 5–6 years’ relevant experience in an accounting role within a structured organization.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or other ERP systems.
-Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax processes and statutory compliance (including NRS filings).
-Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Prepare, review and analyze financial statements and reports. Develop detailed financial estimates and budgets to support organizational planning,
-Manage bookkeeping functions, including accurate recording of financial transactions and oversee expenditure tracking and cost management to ensure financial efficiency.
-Handle tax-related processes, including compliance with NRS requirements and support company’s external auditors by providing necessary documentation and reports for audit processes.
-Manage banking operations, including payment processing, verification and uploads on designated platforms and oversee client invoicing, project invoice verification and monitoring of receivables.
-Monitor cash flow (inflows and outflows) and conduct financial analysis, assess market trends and provide recommendations to management on cost reduction and profit maximization strategies.
-Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory standards
