Lulifiber is seeking a skilled Field Technician (Installer) to join our technical team in Dopemu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining fiber internet connections for residential and business customers while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Install fiber internet equipment at customer locations
- Run and terminate fiber optic cables
- Install routers, ONTs, and related networking equipment
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues during installation
- Ensure installations meet company and safety standards
- Educate customers on basic use of installed equipment
- Provide technical feedback and reports to the technical team
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of fiber internet installation
- Experience with routers, networking equipment, and cabling
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors and travel within assigned areas
- Technical certification or relevant experience is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Networking fundamentals (IP addressing, router configuration)
- Cable management and installation practices
- Problem-solving ability
