Oversee the end-to-end operations of the organization,
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Manage and monitor the performance of all departments
Ensure alignment of departmental activities with company goals
Supervise project specifications to meet quality and engineering standards
Interface with relevant government agencies and regulatory bodies
Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and standards
Promote a safe working environment across all project sites
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
