Key Responsibilities:
Serve as front desk officer, warmly receiving and attending to walk-in clients
Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
Manage customer enquiries via social media platforms
Capture professional photographs and videos of company projects
Update products and project information on company website
Maintain organized records of customer interactions
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in photography and videography
Basic website content management knowledge
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to multitask effectively
