Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time role responsible for leading and driving sales efforts to achieve and exceed company targets. As the primary leader of the sales team, the Senior Sales Manager will develop strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and identify growth opportunities to expand market presence. This role will focus on mentoring and training team members, analyzing sales performance, and implementing new initiatives to ensure overall success. This is an on-stie role.
Requirements
Minimum of 7–10 years experience in sales, preferably in real estate, luxury assets, wealth management, or investment advisory.
Proven track record of closing high-value transactions and meeting sales targets.
Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNI/UHNI) is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
Strong understanding of real estate investment opportunities and market trends.
Highly professional with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
Existing network within corporate, investor, or executive circles will be an added advantage.
