We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team at Perftraka. In this role, you will not be “selling” in the traditional sense; instead, you will be acting as a strategic advisor to businesses looking to digitize their security and workforce management. You will introduce companies to our cloud-based platform, helping them move away from manual, inefficient tracking to high-tech, real-time visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Diagnosis: Engage with business leaders and security agencies to identify gaps in their current patrol and attendance monitoring systems.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct “Discovery Sessions” where you show how Perftraka’s QR code scanning and geolocation features ensure staff accountability.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain high-level relationships with Facility Managers, HR Directors, and Security Firm owners.
Solution Mapping: Work with clients to configure Perftraka settings to fit their specific site requirements.
Reporting & Insights: Show clients how our automated graphical reports can help them make data-driven decisions to improve productivity.
Requirements
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with cloud technology, mobile applications, and basic data analytics.
Communication: Ability to speak the “language of efficiency” to busy executives.
Professionalism: A background in professional services, security, or HR tech is a plus.
Problem Solver: You enjoy finding tech solutions to real-world operational problems like “ghost workers” or missed security patrols.
