Key Responsibilities
Dispensing & Preparation: Assisting with counting, packaging, and labeling prescriptions for pharmacists to check.
Customer Service: Greeting patients, answering phone calls, and assisting with over-the-counter medication inquiries.
Inventory Management: Restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and checking for expired medications.
Administrative Tasks: Updating patient records, handling cash transactions, and managing, ordering, or receiving stock.
Safety & Maintenance: Cleaning workspaces and ensuring proper storage of medications.
Work Environment
Community Pharmacies: Focus on customer-facing roles, helping patients pick up prescriptions, and retail tasks.
