ABOUT VONO
Vono furniture Products limited was established in 2016 as fully owned subsidiary of Vitafoam Nig. Plc. The Company is positioned to provide furniture products for the Hospitality, Offices & Homes and Institutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Drive business growth through proactive identification and development of new business opportunities in assigned territory.
*Manage existing customer relationships while onboarding new clients across retail and distribution channels.
*Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to achieve set revenue targets.
*Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
*Prepare periodic sales performance reports and make actionable recommendations to management.
*Supervise and support sales officers/representatives in their daily tasks and targets.
*Represent the brand professionally at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
*Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
*Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
*Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
*Highly self-motivated, strategic thinker, and result-driven.
*Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with sales reporting tools.
*Must be able to drive.
*Willing to travel within assigned region and beyond, if required.
