Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Desh Nautilus, you will play a key role in converting leads into property owners, promoting our listings, and building lasting relationships with high-value clients. You will leverage digital marketing tools and conduct professional property presentations to drive sales in the Lekki axis.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert digital leads and walk-in prospects into property owners.
Utilize social media and digital marketing tools to promote listings and attract new clients.
Conduct professional property presentations and site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium investors and clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
Proficient in social media marketing, lead generation, and online client engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Highly presentable with a professional corporate image.
Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Persuasive, confident, and results-driven personality.
