Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Maintain accurate records of products, inventory logs, client databases, and sales documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and field staff.
- Prepare reports, invoices, purchase orders, and basic financial documentation.
- Support coordination between suppliers, distributors, and customers.
- Handle filing systems (digital and physical) for contracts, delivery notes, and regulatory documents.
- Monitor office supplies and place procurement orders when necessary.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, product launches, and agricultural exhibitions.
- Receive visitors and respond to general inquiries professionally.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and logistics teams.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Management, Agriculture, or related field.
- 1–3 years administrative or office support experience (agro or sales environment is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good record-keeping and organizational ability.
- Basic knowledge of inventory or supply chain processes is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital tools, email management, and online documentation systems
