JOB SUMMARY;
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s human capital while ensuring full compliance with labour laws and internal policies. The role requires a strong legal background to handle employee relations, contracts, and regulatory matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
Develop and implement HR policies in line with labour laws
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Draft, review, and manage employment contracts and HR documentation
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and dispute resolution
Ensure compliance with labour regulations and statutory requirements
Advise management on legal and HR-related risks
Manage performance management and employee relations.
QUALIFICATIONS;
LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) –
Additional qualification in HR Management is an advantage (CIPM/SHRM)
Minimum 4-5 years HR experience
Strong knowledge of labour and employment law
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
SALARY EXPECTATION;
300-350k/Month
