Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records
Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a plus)
