Reliable Steel and Plastic Industry Limited is a leading manufacturer of plastic thermowares such as food flasks and coolers. We are seeking smart, driven, and hands-on graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program as we grow our manufacturing operations.

Role Overview
Graduate Trainees will receive practical, on-the-job training within our factory and corporate operations. Trainees will work closely with experienced professionals to learn manufacturing processes, quality control, operations management, and business support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily production, assembly, or administrative activities
Learn and apply manufacturing and operational procedures
Assist in quality control, safety, and process improvement
Support record-keeping, reporting, and compliance activities
Perform assigned tasks with accuracy, discipline, and professionalism
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines
0–2 years post-graduation experience
Strong interest in manufacturing and technology-driven environments
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a factory environment
Must have completed NYSC
