Role Summary:
The Superintendent Pharmacist will oversee pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise pharmacy staff, and support service expansion across the Foundation’s pharmacy and clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with PCN, NAFDAC, and other regulatory requirements (premises license, annual retention, documentation).
Oversee accurate dispensing of medications and ensure medication safety.
Supervise, mentor, and coordinate pharmacists, technicians, interns, and support staff.
Collaborate with management on service expansion (clinic, wellness programs, community health initiatives).
Maintain operational records and documentation related to pharmacy services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or PharmD from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of pharmacy operations, clinical procedures, and regulatory compliance.
