Job Overview
Tech Housecity is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Laptop Sales Personnel to join our team at our Lagos Island location. This role involves assisting customers, promoting laptop products, and ensuring a positive in-store sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in selecting laptops and related accessories
Provide accurate product information and pricing details
Promote available laptop models and explain features clearly
Process sales transactions and issue receipts where applicable
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales area
Respond to customer inquiries and handle basic complaints professionally
Support daily store operations and inventory checks
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
Basic knowledge of laptops or willingness to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Honest, reliable, and punctual
Ability to work well with customers and team members
Work Location
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Tinubu Square, Lagos Island.
