Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced airline industry professional to drive market growth, strengthen agency relationships, and represent our brand within the region. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the airline or aviation sector with strong industry knowledge, agency relationships, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and aviation partners to drive sales.
Leverage airline/aviation experience to identify market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Promote company services, routes, and offerings across the region.
Conduct agency visits and sales engagements to increase market share.
Prepare monthly and annual market performance reports.
Ensure all marketing and operational activities comply with aviation and company regulations.
Report risks, incidents, and customer complaints promptly.
Participate in relevant aviation and corporate trainings.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Mandatory: Previous experience in the airline or aviation industry (this role requires strong industry exposure).
Bachelor’s degree minimum.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong market research and analytical skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning.
Proficiency in English and local language(s).
