• Document call outcomes and maintain basic call logs
• Learn telemarketing scripts and pitching skills
• Participate in weekly training and performance reviews
Requirements:
• 0–1 year experience (or none—training provided)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Basic smartphone or computer proficiency
