The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR department with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and HR policies while developing professional workplace skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes
Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Support employee onboarding and orientation processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist with preparing HR documents such as offer letters and reports
Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
Respond to basic employee inquiries under supervision
Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Skills and Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma (Business, HR, Psychology, or related field)
Basic knowledge of human resources concepts
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
