Description:
We’re looking for a persuasive and customer-focused Telemarketing Agent to engage potential clients, generate leads, and promote company services through outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Promote company products and services
• Record customer information and maintain call logs
• Follow communication scripts and meet targets
• Provide feedback for improving sales processes
Requirements:
• 0–3 years experience in telemarketing or customer service
• Strong verbal communication & persuasive skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Basic CRM or computer skills is an added advantage
