As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategy, driving operational efficiency, and expanding our market reach. You will lead a team, manage key financial performance indicators, and develop partnerships that accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum OND in any discipline
- Proven experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent business development and strategic planning abilities.
- Knowledge of financial products, credit risk, and regulatory frameworks.
- Passion for financial inclusion and economic empowerment.
