Klinrhub
Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Klinr Hub in Ibadan. You will be the owner’s eyes on the ground, ensuring smooth workflow across laundry and cleaning services, supervising staff, handling logistics, and maintaining excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise laundry and cleaning staff
Handle customer bookings and coordinate pickups/deliveries
Ensure quality control for all laundry and cleaning jobs
Monitor inventory of laundry supplies, cleaning materials, and equipment
Prepare daily and weekly operation reports for the owner
Maintain professional client relationships and respond to inquiries or complaints
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff as needed
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in laundry, cleaning, or operations management
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage teams and logistics effectively
Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools
Trustworthy, reliable, and proactive
