Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Operations
Pick up and deliver items to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Plan routes efficiently to optimize delivery time and fuel usage.
Verify delivery information, collect signatures, and handle COD (cash on delivery) when required.
Handle products carefully to avoid damage.
Customer Service
Communicate professionally with customers and provide a positive delivery experience.
Resolve simple delivery issues or escalate to the supervisor when needed.
Maintain a polite and respectful attitude at all times.
Vehicle & Equipment Care
Ensure motorcycle/bicycle/vehicle is in good working condition.
Conduct daily checks on tires, brakes, lights, fuel, and general condition.
Report any damages or maintenance needs promptly.
Safety & Compliance
Follow traffic rules and company safety policies.
Use protective gear (helmet, gloves, reflective vest, etc.).
Safeguard company assets, products, and cash during shifts.
Administrative Duties
Keep accurate delivery logs and records.
Update delivery status in the mobile app or system.
Follow assigned schedules and attendance requirements.
