Key Responsibilities
Hair Services
Perform haircuts for women, men, and children using various techniques.
Provide hair coloring services including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, fashion colors, and corrective color.
Deliver styling services such as blowouts, curls, updos, and special-event styles.
Apply hair treatments including deep conditioning, keratin, smoothing, scalp treatments, and bond repair.
Client Care & Consultation
Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and desired outcomes.
Offer professional advice on hair health, styles, and maintenance.
Maintain strong communication to ensure client satisfaction throughout the service.
Safety & Hygiene
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas sanitized and organized.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper chemical handling.
Maintain a professional and clean appearance at all times.
Operational Duties
Manage appointment times and maintain accurate client records.
Assist with front-desk duties when needed (check-ins, checkout, product recommendations).
Stay updated with new techniques, trends, and industry standards through ongoing education.
Sales & Product Knowledge
Recommend salon products tailored to client needs.
Promote add-on services such as treatments or styling upgrades.
Support the salon in meeting retail and service revenue goals.
