Key Responsibilities
Nail Services
Perform manicures and pedicures, including shaping, cuticle care, buffing, and polishing.
Provide nail enhancements such as gel, acrylic, dip powder, overlays, and extensions.
Create custom nail art, designs, and polish applications based on client preferences.
Assess nail health and recommend suitable treatments or services.
Client Care
Conduct client consultations to determine preferences and concerns.
Provide advice on nail maintenance, home care, and aftercare.
Deliver a positive, relaxing, and professional experience for every client.
Safety & Hygiene
Follow strict sanitation protocols for tools, equipment, and workstations.
Comply with all local health and safety regulations.
Maintain organized, clean, and fully stocked work areas.
Operational Duties
Manage client records, service notes, and appointment times.
Assist with reception tasks as needed (check-ins, payments, scheduling).
Stay updated with new nail trends, products, and techniques.
Sales & Product Knowledge
Promote retail products such as nail oils, lotions, and aftercare items.
Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience.
Support the salon in meeting revenue and retail goals.
