Legendary Foreshaw Ltd, a fast-growing Construction & Real Estate company, is looking for a highly creative, innovative, and digitally savvy Creative Lead to join our team. If you’re passionate about content creation, brand storytelling, and digital marketing, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
● Create high-converting content for social media, ads, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
● Develop creative concepts that align with brand goals and real estate market trends
● Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all platforms
● Produce and edit high-quality videos using various video editing tools
● Execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and lead generation
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaigns and product promotions
● Stay updated with industry trends, creative styles, and digital tools
● Oversee brand consistency across all creative outputs
Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, Media, or related field
● 2–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing
● Strong ability to create engaging visual and written content
● Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premier Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
● Solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO, ads, analytics, funnels)
● Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively
● Real estate industry experience is an added advantage
