• Record call responses and update contact lists.
• Follow scripts and guidelines during communication.
• Work with the HR team to support recruitment activities.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Confidence in speaking with new people.
• Basic knowledge of sales or customer-service concepts.
• Ability to follow scripts and instructions.
• Must be reliable and able to meet call targets.
