Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Ikeja, with the flexibility to work remotely as appropriate. The Sales Executive will actively identify and generate leads, establish and maintain client relationships, and meet sales targets through property marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting property presentations, managing client portfolios, collaborating with the marketing team, and negotiating sales agreements with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management
Proficiency in Property Marketing, Lead Generation, and Closing Sales
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Time Management and Organization to meet sales targets
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
Relevant experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
A Bachelor’s degree, HND or OND in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
